Customer Support Executive – Wunderkind Finserv

Eligible Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.com, BBM – Finance & Banking related)
  • Finance & Banking related experience for more than 1 year.
  • Customer handling experience (direct handling)
  • Fluent in English & Tamil (Mandatory).
  • Other languages will be a value added one.
  • Work From Office only
  • Monday – Saturday, working hours 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Package – 14K – 18K + (incentives)

Job Description

• Having meetings with potential clients to evaluate the value and viability of future business partnerships.

• Making sure to stay in touch with current customers to keep our business active.

• Fix shattered or disconnected interactions.

• Carrying out thorough needs analyses to comprehend each client’s requirements.

• Determining a variety of our services that might satisfy the objectives and principles of each client.

• Outlining and discussing viable solutions with clients.

• Encouraging customers to upgrade their current situation and explain our services.

• Resolving client issues in a timely and competent manner.

• Making the most of interpersonal connections within the company to increase profitability and better serve clients.
